Asked for a double room and it was spotless with already made sofa bed. There were central heating, TV and tea/coffee making equipment when we arrived. The location was favourable and unbeatable - ease of access to Altstadt I.

central location was a plus. the offered breakfast was amazing and included a lot of options. the service was great, totally satisfied.

Fairly basic breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the city center and shopping area. there were nearby parking facilities, some of which were even free after 4 pm and during weekends.

There were a couple of negatives. the air conditioning system in the rooms was not independent and did not cool the room effectively, making it uncomfortable during warm weather.

The double room we stayed in was huge with sofa bed. There where facilities such as a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a multi-channel television. The accommodation had a central location near river.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Muelheim, thanks to its convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast buffet included in our stay was basic but good value for money. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar on the riverfront just behind the hotel entrance. One highlight was the accommodation solution provided by the receptionist when we had a reservation misunderstanding, offering us 2 contiguous rooms to comfortably accommodate our group of 4. The underground garage was also practical, and overall, we were pleased with the comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

Booked a room with sofa bed...

The breakfast selection was decent although not impressive. The location was convenient, close to the city center and public transportation. The room was clean and neat, with comfortable beds.

The air conditioning system did not work properly and the room was stuffy and uncomfortable during our stay. the towels were not replaced daily and we had to request the housekeeping service.

The value for money at the Holiday Inn Express was excellent, with comfortable rooms in great condition. The location was convenient, especially for those visiting Siemens factories, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

More variety of breakfast items would have made the experience even better.

The size of the room at Holiday Inn Express was perfect for our needs and it was newly furnished, which added a touch of modernity to our stay. I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Mülheim's downtown area. The location was fantastic, close to the city centre and situated on the riverside. It made exploring the area a breeze, with plenty of options for food and drinks nearby.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there was one area that could be improved. The breakfast lacked a hot selection on the bar, which would have been a nice addition to the overall experience.

Comfy, clean beds. Quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Good location for food and drinks. Accessible by foot and public transportation. Good breakfast. Exceptionally clean bathroom.
